CAPELEV is a plate elevator developed by SOLDOPHA that automatically lifts full or empty capsules to feed the hopper of filling machines, blister packaging or pill counting machines, weight sorting equipment, big bags, etc.
Operating Principle and Advantages
The principle is 100% mechanical.
No blowing or suction is required, eliminating the risk of drying and separation of capsules.
The capsules rise through the alternating translational movement of the lifting plates.
The CAPELEV operates autonomously to manage the feeding cycle.
A sensor detects the maximum capsule level in the hopper to be fed and synchronizes the start and stop of the CAPELEV.
The CAPELEV has a removable loading hopper with variable capacity (from 45 to 200 liters).
