DESCRIPTION of the TRICAP EVDEP machine:
TRICAP EVDEP is positioned directly downstream of the capsule filling machine.
The lifting capacity of capsules is 40 cm.
Dedusting operation is carried out by the combined action of an aspiration and an endless screw rotation.
- Eliminates product waste rejected with production (powder slugs, micro granules).
- Empty the loose bodies filled with product ejected from the filling machine.
We have developed 2 types of dedusting screws specifically adapted to each application:
- For pellets and powder not sticking -> Dedusting screw type (DEPSIL) with GMP validated cleaning.
- For sticky products -> Dedusting screw type (DEPNYLPOL).
